The Eatwell Nutritional Planner is a tool used to guide you in establishing a nutritional balanced meal plan for individuals or your entire family. The design of the software is oriented towards "Healthy Eating". The software takes into account a lot of variable factors when tailoring a meal plan for an individual or family. It will consider various factors within each of these categories; Health, Body Type, Lifestyle and Environment before presenting a variety of foods and recipes to choose from, which inturn will create a meal category, such as a Breakfast meal. By doing this the Eatwell Nutritional Planner can control your nutrient intake while still giving you the choice of what you eat. So you get to eat what you like, and at same time, maintain a balanced healthy diet. |
